- Soy sauce, sesame oil (optional)
- Coriander or chives for the finishing touch
Preparation
- Heat the stock in a large saucepan.
- Add the diced tofu and vegetables. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Cook the noodles separately, then stir them into the broth.
- Season with a little soy sauce or sesame oil if you like.
