The bowl of ramen with bone broth that nourishes the skin from the inside out

We spend a lot on the products we put on our skin—serums, creams, masks. But we often forget that healthy skin starts from the inside, with what we put on our plates. 🥣

This bowl of ramen is based on this idea: a piping-hot bone broth, rich in collagen, and a few ingredients chosen for what they truly bring to the dish. It all comes together in just a few minutes, without a pot or any complicated cooking.

Why is this bowl so good for you?

Every ingredient is there for a good reason:

  • Bone broth provides collagen, which supports the skin, joints, and digestion. It's the foundation of the entire bowl.
  • Broccoli is packed with vitamins and stays crisp when cooked just briefly in the broth.
  • Edamame provide antioxidants and a little crunch.
  • Nori seaweed provides minerals and iodine.
  • Black sesame seeds top off the bowl with their subtle toasted flavor.

A real comfort meal that's good for your skin, your gut, and your energy levels.

The recipe

Ingredients:

  • 25 cl of Mon Bouillon bone broth, piping hot
  • 1 serving of ramen noodles
  • A few heads of broccoli
  • A handful of edamame
  • 1 sheet of nori seaweed
  • 1 pinch of black sesame seeds

The steps:

1️⃣ Heat the broth until it's simmering.

2️⃣ Place the uncooked noodles at the bottom of a large bowl. They will cook gently in the broth without ever becoming mushy.

3️⃣ Add the broccoli florets, edamame, and the nori sheet cut into strips.

4️⃣ Pour hot broth over everything, cover for one or two minutes, then top with black sesame seeds.

The little extra

This is the kind of bowl you make when you want to feel better—from the inside out. A soft-boiled egg, a few mushrooms, or a drizzle of sesame oil—and you can customize it to suit your mood that day.

And if the broccoli has been sitting at the back of the fridge for two days, that's exactly where you should put it 😉
