MonBouillon is a sterilized product that can be stored for 18 months in a dark cupboard. Once opened, it keeps for 3 days in the refrigerator. If you don't finish your jar, you can freeze the rest quickly: it will keep for 6 months in the freezer.
My Bouilllon simmers for 6 to 12 hours in the pans of the production workshop.
Water quality is essential for a good broth. It must be well filtered to avoid retaining toxic elements.
Some people have difficulty metabolizing the glutamine naturally present in bone broth. This is the case for people with intestinal dysbiosis, people with deficiencies or those who have been exposed to monosodium glutamate (or synthetic glutamine). If you don't feel well after taking Mon Bouillon (absences, restlessness, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, skin rashes, itching), consult your doctor.
Yes, it's packed with nutrients and is ideal for pregnancy and breastfeeding women.
Broth can be consumed at any age. Even for young children, when they're starting to diversify their diet. They generally like it with vermicelli.
My Bouillon is filtered by hand to avoid residues and ensure optimum preservation.
Bone broth contains vitamins and minerals such as A, K and C, as well as iron and zinc. It contains collagen, gelatin, glucosamine and the amino acids glycine and proline. In English, the broth is called 'bone broth'.
You can use Mon Bouillon at many times; drink it as is as part of your daily health routine. Use it as part of a diet, on an empty stomach or as a Paleo superfood. When you're sick to boost your immunity. During pregnancy or post-partum to provide your (unborn) child with nutrients. In menopause or peri-menopause to re-solidify your bones.
Mon Bouillon can be enjoyed hot or cold. You can use it as a base for dishes, in fruit and vegetable juices, or drink it on its own. To enjoy it hot, preheat your broth in a saucepan over low heat. See our recipes and tips on the recipe page.
See date on top of jar. Thanks to our sterilization process, the broth keeps for 18 months closed at room temperature and 3 days once opened in the fridge.
Mon Bouillon can be eaten in a variety of ways: as a base for your dishes/soups, as a base for your sauces, in smoothies, as a popsicle... It can therefore be eaten hot or cold. We invite you to discover our recipes under the recipe tab.

The original broth was created with a dual vision: on the one hand, the health aspect, with the need to retain as many of the broth's nutritional qualities as possible. On the other hand, it was gastronomic, neither too strong nor too light to remain pleasant to eat. It took 2 years of testing to arrive at the current recipe. For the other tastes, still under development, we think it's important to give you a say. That's why we'll be organizing regular focus groups, so that you can come and give us your opinion! If you'd like to become a tester, sign up for our newsletter here. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
