A simple base, powerful benefits

Mon Bouillon broth, already infused with essential nutrients, here becomes the basis of a complete meal. We add miso for probiotics, mushrooms for fiber and minerals, rice noodles for energy, and a touch of coriander and sesame seeds for flavor and antioxidants.

Ingredients (for 1 generous bowl) :

  • 1 jar Mon Bouillon broth (chicken or beef)
  • 1 teaspoon miso (dilute in hot broth)
  • A few sliced mushrooms (shiitake, brown or button)
  • A small handful of rice noodles
  • Fresh coriander
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation:

  1. Heat the stock in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and add the miso.
  2. Place the noodles and raw mushrooms in a bowl.
  3. Pour the hot broth over the top. Cover and leave to stand for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the coriander and sesame seeds just before serving.
