  • 1 jar of Mon Bouillon (chicken or beef)
  • 1 teaspoon miso
  • A few sliced mushrooms
  • A small handful of rice noodles
  • Fresh coriander
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Preparation:

  1. Heat the stock and, off the heat, add the miso.
  2. Arrange noodles and mushrooms in a bowl.
  3. Pour the hot broth over the top.
  4. Leave to stand for 3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with coriander and sesame seeds.
