- 1 jar of Mon Bouillon (chicken or beef)
- 1 teaspoon miso
- A few sliced mushrooms

Preparation:
- Heat the stock and, off the heat, add the miso.
- Arrange noodles and mushrooms in a bowl.
- Pour the hot broth over the top.
- Leave to stand for 3 minutes.
