Gaspacho with chicken broth: the fresh drink that takes care of you

Here's a perfect idea for summer: homemade gazpacho twisted with our chicken broth. It's hydrating, tasty, and so good for the body.

The benefits of gazpacho with broth

This gazpacho is much more than an aperitif or starter. Thanks to the broth, it's rich in minerals, collagen and amino acids that support digestion, skin and the immune system... even in midsummer. Raw vegetables provide fiber and vitamins, while strawberries, an unexpected but delicious surprise, sweeten the whole with a fruity touch.

Ingredients (for 2 glasses) :

  • 30 cl chicken stock
  • 2 tomatoes (red or yellow)
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 bell bell pepper
  • 6 ripe strawberries
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 handful fresh basil
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Coarsely chop all vegetables and fruit.
  2. Blend all the ingredients with the stock until smooth.
  3. Two options:
    → Leave to chill for 1-2 hours.
    → Or add a few ice cubes for an instant, ice-cold version.
