→ 30 minutes at 200°C, until golden and melting. - Blend: add the hot stock and blend until smooth and velvety.
- To finish, stir in the pistou and sprinkle with roasted hazelnuts.
Why replace water with broth?
Because broth adds flavor, collagen, minerals and depth.
It transforms a simple velouté into a nourishing, comforting meal, ideal for autumn.
When the broth is good, the rest needs nothing. 🌿
